Basic Construction
The T-Beam were precast at the beam fabricating yard, Which composed by High and low side of the formwork, soffit formwork and end formwork. With compared to rectangular beam , It can be save the concrete and reduce the structural weight and also Improve the spanning capacity.
The Processes of T-Beam Formwork used by Integrated Paving and assembly welding method. Make sure that close piecing and without height difference ensure that its overall size for the formworks. The diaphragm plate formworks of T-Beams which should set the ejection gradient according to the principle of “big top and small bottom” and “small inside and big outside”
